Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ CANCELLATION POLICY - SWIFT DENTAL SUPPLY
RETURNING GOODS
If your product or purchase is returnable, you may return it within 20 days of the invoice date for a store credit or refund, provided the following conditions are met:​
 

  • Start the return process through the Customer Account Portal on the website.
     

    • If the “Return This Item” button is not available, it’s because:
       

      • The item is not eligible for return, or
         

      • More than 20 days have passed since the invoice.
         

  • After submitting the return request, an email will be sent with your RMA number and return instructions.
     

  • All returns must be shipped to the address provided in the instructions.
     

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNED GOODS

  • Item must be unopened, in original packaging, and sellable as new
     

  • Must include all original manuals, accessories, and documentation
     

  • Must be received within 21 days of return request
     

Opened Packages:

  • If accepted, subject to a 10% repackaging fee
     

  • Additional charges may apply for missing parts, damage, or signs of use
     

  • Electronic devices will be inspected for functionality and damage
     

Once the return is accepted, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a 10% refund processing fee.
 
FEES & SHIPPING POLICIES

  • Refund Processing Fee: All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee
     

  • Repackaging Fee: A 10% fee applies to returned opened items, if accepted
     

  • Restocking Fees: May apply (typically 20%–40%) based on manufacturer requirements
     

  • Administration Fee: A 7.5% fee applies unless an equivalent purchase is made from the same vendor
     

  • Shipping Fees:
     

    • Non-refundable, unless due to our shipping error or product defect
       

    • If a return label is requested, its cost will be deducted from the refund
       

    • For orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
       

EXEMPTIONS – ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR CANCELLATION
The following cannot be returned or canceled:

  • Custom-ordered equipment
     

  • Opened consumables (e.g., gloves)
     

  • Products intended for intraoral use (implants, abutments, surgical tools, endo files)
     

  • Personalized or imprinted items
     

  • Replacement or special-order parts
     

  • Controlled drugs, PPE (e.g., masks, gloves)
     

  • Hazardous materials
     

  • Expired items
     

  • Items with broken seals or non-resealable packaging
     

  • Refurbished/open-box items sold "as is"
     

  • Items with ETA over 20 days: must be canceled within 7 days to avoid a 20% fee
     

CANCELLATION EXEMPTIONS

  • You may cancel remaining unshipped items at any time
     

  • Some confirmed items (e.g., drop-shipped or custom parts) cannot be canceled
     

  • Cancellations may be subject to manufacturer-imposed fees
     

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
     

  • All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee
     

  • No refunds after 30 days from the payment date
     

    • After 30 days, only store credit will be issued and applicable cancellation fees will apply
